HBA provide a personalized service from the initial idea to the project's completion. All projects receive the same care and attention to detail irrespective of size. Services include development of the brief, measured survey, applications for appropriate consents, preparation of construction drawings and documents and contract administration. Appointments are usually based upon the RIBA Standard Form of Agreement.
