Works to historic buildings are predominantly dictated by the nature and character of the building. In this instance we were lucky enough to work for Drew Pritchard the celebrated antiques dealer. Over the course of several years, we have worked closely to return 5 flats in a Georgian house back to a single dwelling. The initial part of journey was recorded as a documentary series for the Discovery Channel. Works were extensive and included a complete overhaul of the external and internal spaces.
