Tone Mill is an extensive industrial site comprising approximately 25 Listed and Scheduled buildings which until very recently produced fine woollen and worsted fabric. HBA were appointed as part of a team working for Taunton Deane Borough Council to evaluate the importance of the buildings and prepare a conservation philosophy for the site.
